It is not practicable to form any estimte of
the possible revenue to be derived as above until a careful examinetion has been made of what traffic may beꞌ expected, what opposition will be encountered from the cable corianies affected, and whether the presont owners of the low power stations ontioned above are willing that their stations should be closed.
It must be emphasised that if a success is to be
made of any wireless service, the staff allowed must be adequate. A station which is always engaged on some other duty when it is called will not succeed, and endless
com laints will arise.
